Paul,

I'm so happy you are running a marathon, how exciting!! This is a great goal to have and I'm very proud of you. Ok, no more big sister talk....seriously, please try in anyway to prevent your toe nails from falling off and also having your nipples bleed. That just sounds so awful :-(

Maybe I will come out in May and watch you run the marathon. Are you up for any spectators?

Love,
Ang

Paul---

I love your blog! I still remember the Paul quote that you "haven't broken a sweat since September" (it was July when you said this...) I am so proud of you! I will use you as a source of inspiration.

And the nipple bleeding thing sounds awful! I've heard, however, they have nipple guards you can wear that prevent this or help prevent it!

Good luck!

Miss you and love you!
Julia

Hi Paul,

I love your blog! It makes you seem closer to all of us. Good luck with your training. I admire your determination...must be a trait you picked up at home. Dad and I will have to ccome to WA to cheer you on!

Love,
Mom

Hi Paul,
Well this techno goof has finaly figured out how to leave a message on your blog.
I' very proud of you and your quest to run this marathon. I hope that all the really potential weird stuff happens to someone else or not at all, unless Sudam H is running and then I really hope his toenails fall off.
Peace,
Dad
